All Adult volunteers are required to complete the Archdiocesan Adult Safe Environment requirements prior to the start of VBS.
This includes:
1.  Background check
2.  In-person VIRTUS training class.

Once you complete the volunteer application below and are approved to volunteer, you will receive an email with instructions to complete the above or if you already are compliant you will receive an email stating so.

All families with participating children will receive a VBS Music Download Card or a VBS CD as part of the first child’s enrollment fees.  If you do not have a participating child and would like to purchase a VBS Music Download Card or a VBS CD,  please indicate in the form below.    

VBS is a self-funded program and in an attempt to provide more and better resources for our children there will be a fee to enroll your children.  Because we appreciate your service we will only be charging you a portion of the regular fee when you volunteer for the entire week ($25 for one child, $40 for two children, $55 for three or more children, with a maximum of $55 per family).  If you decide later that you cannot volunteer and your child(ren) still attend, please submit the proper amount as soon as possible ($40 for the first child, $70 for two children, $100 for three children, with a maximum of $100 per family). 

Volunteer Selection Process:
Thank you for your interest in volunteering for Vacation Bible School.  This is a program near and dear to our hearts and as such we choose our volunteers based on the needs of the program, not on a first come first serve basis.  The date that you register to volunteer has no reflection on whether you are chosen for the program.  Adult positions must be filled first and then all other volunteer positions can be filled.   Every year we do our best to balance new and returning volunteers to keep the program fresh and running as smoothly as possible.  You will be notified on or before date above whether or not you will be volunteering for a VBS position.  Again, thank you for your interest in our program and for understanding the nature of the volunteer selection process. 

REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

• Our VBS is for children ages 4-10 year old (as of  the 1st day of VBS).  
• Enrollment is limited to 200 children.
• NO REFUNDS AFTER MAY 18th.
   Participants registered after May 18th may receive a child's size large t-shirt and are not guaranteed a VBS Music Download Card or a VBS CD. 
• Please complete and submit online registrations.  Registrations over the phone cannot be accepted.
• No paper forms are available.
• Please pay online after submitting registration.
• Registrations will be processed only once payment is received.
• You will receive an email confirming your registration, and whether payment has been received or not.

• We are unable to group your child with other specific children.
• All children will be together at the beginning and end of each day.
• Children will be grouped by age not by grade.

$40 for 2 children (includes VBS Music Download Card or VBS CD -- 1 per family)

$55 for 3 or more children (includes VBS Music Download Card or VBS CD -- 1 per family)
